Applications |
Commercial shipping: Used in cargo ships, container ships, oil tankers, and bulk carriers to provide propulsion for long-distance transportation of goods. |
Passenger transportation: Applied to cruise ships, ferries, and passenger liners to drive the vessels and ensure the safe and efficient travel of passengers. |
Recreational boating: Installed on yachts, speedboats, and fishing boats to power leisure and sports activities on the water. |

Key Configurations | |
Blade | The leaf-like part of the propeller, which is the core component for generating thrust. Usually, there are 3-6 blades, distributed symmetrically. |
Hub | The central part connecting all the blades, with a shaft hole inside, used to connect with the ship's stern shaft and transmit power. |
Blade root | The part where the blade connects to the hub, which needs to bear large torque and stress, and has high structural strength. |
Blad tip | The outermost end of the blade, with the highest linear speed, which has a certain impact on the efficiency and cavitation performance of the propeller. |
Pressure face | The working surface of the blade, usually the pressure side, where the water flow is squeezed to generate thrust. |
Suction face | The non-working surface of the blade, opposite to the pressure face, where the water flow has lower pressure when passing through. |
Leading edge | The edge of the blade facing the water flow, with a thin arc shape, which can reduce water flow impact. |
Trailing edge | The edge of the blade opposite to the leading edge, on the side away from the incoming water flow. |
Hub cap | A cover installed at the end of the hub, which can reduce water flow resistance and protect the hub connection part. |
